
This is the FuzeFix Modular Tray
It consists of 1 Base Tray, and 15 Caddies to choose from. There are 8 Mini HD and Mini HL Caddies, 3 Max FT Caddies, 1 IntraLock Caddy and Instrument Set, and 2 DynaBridge Caddies. The Base Tray has generic instrumentation affixed into it.
You may request any combination of Caddies to be added to your Base Tray. Read further for possible configurations of this Modular Tray.

Mini HD & HL Caddies
There are 4 Mini HD (2.0, 2.5, 3.0, & 4.0) and 4 Mini HL Caddies (2.0, 2.5, 3.0, & 4.0). The standard load out of the caddy will only include a limited number of screws (see picture above). Additional screws and screw lengths are available upon request.
You can select up to 4 of these caddies for a maximum load-out of the Base Tray.

Max FT Caddies
There are 3 Max FT Caddies (2.5, 3.5, & 4.5). The standard load out of the caddy will only include a limited number of screws (see picture above). Additional screws and screw lengths are available upon request.
The Tray load-out above shows 3 Max FT Caddies with one slot empty.

IntraLock Caddy & Instruments
There is 1 IntraLock Caddy and 1 IL Instrument Set. The standard load out of the IL caddy is shown above. Additional Lag Screws are available upon request.
If the IntraLock Caddy is added to the Base Tray, you may select up to 2 more screw caddies for a maximum load-out

DynaBridge Caddies
There are 2 DynaBridge Caddies. The DB Caddies can stack on top of each other and take up a long slot in the Base Tray.
With the 2 DynaBridge Caddies loaded in the Base Tray. You may still add up to 2 more screw caddies. A DynaBridge Caddy and an IntraLock Caddy cannot fit in 1 Base Tray, but can be provided separately.

This is the PolyLock Small Bone Modular Tray
It consists of 1 Base Tray, 1 Instrument Tray, 1 Screw Tray, and 6 Plate Caddies. The Base Tray has generic instrumentation affixed into it as well as a blue rubber mat for miscellaneous storage space. Moving up, the Instrument Tray sits above the blue mat while the Screw Tray sits above the affixed Instruments. Topping it off will be the Caddies which will sit above the Instrument Tray.
You may request any combination of Caddies to be added to your Base Tray. Read further for possible configurations of this Modular Tray.

Small Bone Utility Caddy
This Caddy consists of various small bone plates. Including straight plates and t-plates ranging from 2-hole to 8-hole. Select plates also include compression slots.
Pictured above is the PolyLock SB Modular Tray with a Small Bone Utility Caddy.

Evans Caddy
This Caddy contains 10 Evans Plates, 2 of each size.
The Tray load-out above shows the Evans Caddy in the middle slot.

5th Metatarsal Caddy
This Caddy consists of 2 different types of plates with a right foot and left foot variation of each. Special instrumentation is also included.
The Tray load-out above shows the 5th Met Caddy in the right most slot.

Cotton Caddy
The Cotton Caddy holds 4 sizes of plates, 2 of each size.
As you can see, the Cotton Caddy is exactly half of the size of the previous caddies and takes up only a singular slot on top of the Instrument Tray.

Opening Wedge Caddy
The Caddy contains 3 sizes of the Opening Wedge Plate, 2 of each size.
Similar to the Cotton Caddy, the Opening Wedge Caddy s also a half-size Caddy. Together the two caddies take up a dual slot atop the Instrument Tray.

Basin Caddy
This Caddy is meant to carry miscellaneous or extra plates/items when necessary.
Depending on the size you can fit 3-4 Plate Caddies within the Modular Tray. In addition, Caddies can be shipped individually, outside of the Modular Tray.

This is the PolyLock Midfoot Modular Tray
It consists of 1 Base Tray, 1 Instrument Tray, 2 Screw Caddies, and 9 Plate Caddies. The Base Tray has generic instrumentation affixed into it as well as room for miscellaneous storage space. The stage in the base tray can seat a Reamer Tray. Moving out, the Instrument Tray sits above the stage and general affixed instruments. The Screw Caddies sit in the top one-third of the tray. Topping it off will be the Modular Plate Caddies which sit above the Instrument Tray.
